Data controllers
For registrations, learner spaces, organisation spaces and Cerema training-management operations, Cerema acts as data controller and AW CROISSANCE SAS / AxiFlow acts as technical processor under contract 26-098_M. For commercial enquiries sent directly to AW CROISSANCE about the AxiFormation solution, AW CROISSANCE is the controller for the corresponding processing.
Data processed for Cerema training courses
The data may include the learner's identity and contact details, job function, organisation, SIRET number, signatory information, and information required for registration, contracting, educational monitoring, reporting and, depending on the process, billing through Cerema's CRM.
Purposes
Management of registrations and sessions, generation and signing of administrative documents, creation of learner and organisation spaces, educational monitoring, questionnaires, reports and planned interoperability with Cerema systems.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to authorised persons according to their role. Declared technical processors are monitored in the GDPR register; production hosting and backups are located in the European Union.
Retention
Retention periods are configurable and applied according to the nature of the data and legal, contractual and Qualiopi obligations. Data is not deleted where a retention obligation or legal hold prevents deletion.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and the right to challenge an individual automated decision. For Cerema processing, you may contact Cerema's Data Protection Officer: delegue.grpd@cerema.fr.
Security
AxiFormation applies role-based access controls, action logging, secure sessions and exchanges, regular backups, documented incident and vulnerability management, and periodic controls.
